**All blue top tubes must be kept from heat and have the plasma removed as soon as possible (preferably within 30 minutes from time drawn and always within 2 hours). Prior to shipping all plasma samples must be double spun to remove platelets and frozen at -20°C or colder. Shipment should be on dry ice by overnight delivery. Address questions to Len Rea at 501-552-2965 or by e-mail: apa@pathassociates.com. Any study offered once per week is done Monday-Friday when 3 or more of that assay is ordered, but minimally once per 7 day period.

For questions/help regarding optimal test selection, contact Dr. John R. Brineman, Dr. Alex J. Pildain, or other pathologists.
